Music Monday: L.O.V.E. - Super Junior

Yes...one can say that I'm going old school with the song that I'm using for Music Monday. The last Music Monday I chose a song that I really liked. What I usually do is put my iTunes on shuffle and whatever song comes up is the song of the day. So, I decided to do that again and the song I got was...

L.O.V.E. by Super Junior, the largest kpop group with 13 members.

I'm sure I said this in my first ever post, but Super Junior was my first kpop group. It was because of them that I am spending almost every minute of every day doing something kpop related.

Honestly speaking, I haven't listened to Super Junior for a while. My ears have been listening to B2ST, U-Kiss, 2AM and other groups for the past six months. So, I'm glad that my iTunes chose this song because it brought back so many memories.

This was the Super Junior with no problems. The Super Junior that had to DUI's and bar fights...no one terminating their contract...and no one too busy with acting that he has missed every performance and concert.

Oh how I miss that Super Junior. Anyways, take a couple of minutes and listen to this song. Can't say that it's my FAVORITE song from them, but it's an okay song.

If you want the song, get it here.

Congrats B2ST!!!!

Yes...I understand that this is a couple of days old...but I felt like blogging about it today. Besides, I'm in a good mood today because today is my BIRTHDAY! Woohoo!!

...I just had to announce that. Okay, back to my boys.

B2ST WON ON M!NET COUNTDOWN!! YAY!!

I was wishing and hoping that they would at least win one of the music stages and get a trophy. These boys have been working SO MUCH and SO HARD. They deserve to win an award and get recognized for their talents. So all you guys can imagine how exciting it was for me to wake up and see on twitter this piece of news.

I immediately looked up the video on YouTube and I didn't see anything. I was like...'NOO!! I need to see this memorable moment!' An hour later I saw that allkpop had the videos and BAM! I saw the videos.

Look at our B2ST crying....

*sniff*...*sniff*...isn't the scene of them crying just too endearing!!

Just by one point...ONE point more than 2AM. I love how there was so much love between B2ST and 2AM, MBLAQ and Supreme Team. You can obviously see Jokwon hugging and comforting Doojoon the majority of the time. Then there are the members of Supreme Team patting the back of Junhyung in the back who is trying to hide his tears.

Speaking of tears...the one person who I thought was going to break down crying was the one that I didn't even see shed a tear. That person is Yoseob. He one of the two that were calm and composed. Hyunseung was the other one that was pretty calm. The other four members were just crying floods.

Doojoon was just all open with his tears...Kikwang wasn't able to sing at all since he was crying...Dongwoon continued to try to sing with tears flowing down his face...and Junhyung was trying to be a man with his head bent down, hiding his tears. I just wanted to hug all of them and wipe their tears...

Congrats B2ST...you deserve this win.

Music Monday: I Did Wrong by 2AM

I know that Monday is already almost over...but I felt like blogging something today so I decided to do a Music Monday. This is a song that I really like lately and I just wanted to share it with you guys.

I can honestly say that I'm becoming fans of this group. I just can't believe that it took me a while to notice 2AM. They are a hilarious bunch of guys and they're good looking too.

Yes, that's what I said. I think Changmin is good looking in his own way. But my interest in this group will be talked about in a later post. I'm talking about the song.

Even though 2AM is known to be a ballad group, I like how they're doing other styles too. This type of song isn't the usual ballad type style. I love all of their voices in this song and for some reason why...I don't know why I like Changmin's line in the first verse of the song. I just love his voice.

The chorus is catchy as well. The back beat of the song has the capability for people to dance to. I can see this song playing in a club...I would so dance to it. Another thing that I liked about this is that they rapped in it too. Changmin and Jinwoon were the ones that were rapping.

As an additional bonus to hearing the song, you guys can watch the music video too. I really liked the music video. I believe each character that was created for each member fitted them perfectly. If i had to say one thing that I didn't like about the music video would be Jinwoon's hair. I mean...what is up with putting half of his hair tied up like that? I do not understand.

Anyways...please listen to the song and watch the music video. I really like these guys and I'm glad that they have been getting the recognition they deserve.

If you like 2AM's song, then you can download it here.

Photo of the Day

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Isn't this man just oh so delicious? I would be messed up if I didn't use this picture for one of my Photo of the Day posts. Actually, this specific picture stops me from using my cellphone. I chose this pic to by my background for my iPhone and I refuse to slide my finger across the screen. The minute I do that, no more sexy shirtless Seulong. All I see is my many apps that do nothing to my eyes and provide me no feeling of satisfaction.

This man here is one of the four ballad singers that make up the group 2AM. He is the tallest guy in the group, roughly 6'1. Now the fact that he's that tall must give you an idea of how packed he would be. I mean, come on...his name basically gives it out. Seulong sounds like 'So Long' for heaven's sake. If that doesn't convince you, then watch him Wild Bunny with 2PM or him in Dirty Eyed Girls. He is very long limbed.

Also, another thing to mention about Seulong besides what's in his pants, is the fact that his chest is HUGE. Again, if you watch Wild Bunny or the Dirty Eyed Girls mv...you will know what I'm talking about. And I bet this photographer knew how massive his chest is and decided to exenuate it...and he did an AMAZING job. He maximized Seulong's chest in two ways.

First way was making him shirtless. It doesn't take a genius to realize that the best way to know how well built his chest is to see it in all it's glory...discarding his torso with offensive shirts and tanks. The second way was the lighting. The light just cascades over those mounds, outlining the curves. I just want to run my hands over that body and grope him...

Anyways, back to what I was saying. His facial expression also helps out a TON. The slightly messed up hair due to the numerous times I ran my fingers through his hair (okay...not ME exactly...). Then you have his half-lidded lustful eyes and his lips parted oh so slightly...damn...it makes one want to see the whole picture before it was cropped...

Well, that's all I'm going to say. I'm pretty sure that you're just staring at the picture and not even glancing at what I just wrote. But I guess that's okay. I would be staring at that photo of Seulong for a LONG time...I understand.

2AM's Mini Album

Tracklist

1. Intro
2. Even If I Die, I Can't Send You Away
3. I'm Sorry I Can't Laugh For You
4. I Love You (feat. Baek Chan, Joo Hee of 8eight)
5. To Her (feat. Chansung of 2PM)
6. Outro (I'm laughing)

Download Link

I absolutely love this album. I can't call myself an I AM yet, but I sure am liking this group. It's great to finally acknowledge them as a ballad group other than 4 hilarious guys.

I'm going to be honest, I knew each member individually. Jo Kwon because, well...he's Jo Kwon. How can you not know this variety master with his crazy dancing and fierce personality. I knew Changmin a bit from Star Golden Bell since he used to be in the Bell Line. I don't think he's there anymore. Seulong because he did Dirty Eyed Girl with Jo Kwon and the other members of 2PM. I watched Jinwoon on Maknae Rebellion and he's so funny.

So, what I'm trying to say is that I never really did watch them sing passionately. I mean, I knew that they were ballad singers and probably had good voices...but I hadn't seen it yet. And recently, I have taken an interest in 2AM and when their music video came out with their title song I was already hooked. When I in the process of downloading their title song, I decided to download the whole entire mini album while I'm at it.

And guess what, I love all the songs.

The Intro is a great start and it pretty much leads into their title song, Even If I Die, I Can't Send You Away. The third song has a nice tune to it and the fourth song with 8eight has a happy feel to it...makes you want to nod your head to it. And the fifth song, well...it's awesome that Chansung rapped in it. But what makes it even more awesome is that it has this eerie feel to it towards the end which overlaps to the Outro.

I recommend that you give this mini album a try. I understand that the link that I provided you is in a .rar file. That's the only one I have...if you are having a hard time with .rar file, you can email me and I can send you the songs through email.

Enjoy the album! 2AM fighting! So proud of you guys for winning your first Mutizen (sp?)!!!

Congratulations B2ST!!!

Yay! Yay! Yay!

I am so happy for the rookie group by the name of B2ST. You all want to know why? Because B2ST won the NEWCOMER AWARD. Yes, you read it right. And we have all of the Korean B2UTY's to thank for constantly voting for our guys. Wanna see their thank you speech? Sure...it's not subbed. But it's still worth watching them all happy and receiving the awards.

Wasn't it cute how JunHyung was telling them to wait because he had more to say? Huh? Huh? Or maybe it's just me because I'm a JunHyung biased...Haha!

Honestly, I really think that they deserved it. All of the members worked so hard and they really are the best example of the saying, "Everyone deserves a second chance."

Doo Joon was eliminated from Hot Blood and becoming a part of 2pm/2am. But he got back on his feet and now the leader of B2ST. Hyun seung was eliminated from being a part of Big Bang and was devastated. But he found his strength again and is now one of B2ST's great dancers. Ki Kwang wasn't able to make it as the solo singer AJ but came back with five more members and is shining even brighter now. Jun Hyung was in the group Xing but that didn't end well either but joined Cube Entertainment and is the main rapper in B2ST looking all fine and sexy. Yoseob trained as a singer and was a back up dancer...behind the scenes for five years until he was given the chance to be in B2ST, the main vocal with a voice that continues to blow me away. And of course, I can't forget the maknae. Dongwoon was once a trainee under JYP, but went to Cube and was the last guy to be in B2ST...he completed the group.

Honestly speaking, all of these guys went through a lot and it makes me happy inside to know that their hard work is being acknowledge by everyone.

Congratulations B2ST. Love you guys very much. This B2UTY will continue to support you.

Taek you dork!

Oh Taek...you're just too goofy for words. When I saw this update on my Twitter, I just had to look at it. And the minute the page stopped downloading on my phone, I started laughing. This is what I saw.

Yes, I know what you are all thinking. What the hell are these scribbles?

Well, these drawings were done by the one and only Taekyeon. He made his own Okcat versions of the groups SHINee, SNSD, 2ne1, SS501, 2am, B2ST and his own group, 2pm. THIS is why I love Taecyeon so much.

This is just so hilarious. The 2ne1 Okcats are funny because he even did the hair for Sandara. Too cute. And the way he portrayed 2am and his own group was spot on...he even drew Jaebeom which makes me happy because he's still part of their lives.

What made me happy was that he also did the groups B2ST and MBLAQ. That was just awesome. SS501 surprised me though...I kind of find that random.

Anyways, I just had to post that up and I haven't blogged since forever and school is going to start soon...grr...

Swine flu taking over k-pop idols?

I know...I already talked about SHINee member Jonghyun having swine flu and such, but I just read a small article saying that 2AM's maknae Jinwoon had swine flu around the same time as their leader JoKwon.

That already makes 5 korean celebrities that got swine flu. Sure, I know it's not like a horrible disease or anything that can't get cured but just seeing these celebrities get sick is sad to see. I hope that everyone continues to be safe and healthy.

It happened to Bling Bling Jonghyun too...

TT______________________TT

Honestly, this is really sucking!

First, it was SS501's leader Kim Hyun Joong but thank goodness he recovered. Then it was the fun and spazztic 2AM's leader, Jo Kwon. And now, the swine flu has another vitctim.

Kim Jonghyun

This day just seems to be a bad day for k-pop boy groups. With all the DBSK/SME issues coming up and not knowing what to believe, a SME artist now has the swine flu.

All I can do now is just wish for the best and hope Jonghyun will be healthy again. Hang in there Jonghyun oppa! Get better and join your fellow SHINee members.

All the news and info I got is from allkpop.com...check out the site for more info.
